It probably helped that we were seeking his advice on a Monday night just before midnight. Hotel staff was courteous and there was a Black Jack dealer who was exceptionally patient as we were novices at the game. We called for help the first time it happened and we were told to take this approach as it happens quite often. The one strange thing about the room was that the bathroom light would often not work and required resetting the electrical in the bathroom by pressing the RESET button on the outlet next to the switch. Explore The LINQ Promenade, a retail, dining and entertainment district with attractions like the Fly LINQ and High Roller or enjoy hotel amenities like The Book, Re:MATCH Bar. The room had a shower but no bathtub which was fine for our needs. In fact, it was probably the smallest room I have had on the Strip. As for the room, my friend and I had a double room which was on the small side. We are pleased to hear that, overall, you enjoyed your time in the casino and you found our location convenient. The High Roller ferris wheel is behind the hotel. They have done a nice job with developing retail space outside of the building which, when the weather isn't intensely hot, is a nice place to hang out and get some fresh air. The LINQ (formerly The Quad) was once the old Imperial Palace.
